Use your work account. OneView never stores a password — authentication is handled by your organisation's Microsoft Entra ID, including any MFA or Conditional Access policies.

Microsoft sign-in is not available yet. The Microsoft Entra ID app registration for this deployment is pending. You can review the permissions it will ask for below, or explore the demo workspace in the meantime.

Before you consent

OneView will

Read mail in your own mailbox and events in your own calendar
Read Teams chats you are part of (and channels, if your admin approves)
Store a copy of recent items in your organisation's isolated workspace for the configured retention period
Show you every citation and let you open the original in Outlook or Teams

OneView will not

Send, move, delete or edit anything — every permission is read-only
Access any other employee's mailbox, chats or calendar
Use organisation-wide (application) permissions
Send your content to an external AI provider unless your organisation's policy allows it

The demo uses an entirely synthetic organisation (Halvorsen Industrial Group). No Microsoft account, no real mail, no external AI calls.
