Understand your day in two minutes
Seven questions, answered every morning
OneView is not a chatbot you have to interrogate. It is a briefing that already knows what an executive needs to know first — and shows its sources.
- 1
What happened since I last checked?
A summary of new mail, chats and invites since you were last in — with counts, not noise.
- 2
What needs my attention?
Escalations, deadlines and approvals ranked by priority, each with a suggested next step.
- 3
Who is waiting on me?
Open requests addressed to you that have not had a reply, with how long they have waited.
- 4
What decisions were made?
Decisions recorded in threads and channels you are part of — so you are never the last to know.
- 5
What meetings should I prepare for?
Upcoming meetings with the related threads pulled together into prep points.
- 6
What commitments have I made?
Promises you made in mail or chat, surfaced before they become surprises.
- 7
What might I have missed?
Important items that fell outside your attention, including anything flagged as suspicious.
- Try it in the demo
…and anything else you want to ask
Conversational search over the same items — “What did I promise Hannah?” — with filters inferred from the question and citations on every answer.
The briefing
Built for the first two minutes of the day
- Priority, people and due dates on every item — ranked, deduplicated by thread, never padded.
- Meeting prep that pulls the related mail and chat into three bullet points before the call.
- Citation chips open the original in Outlook or Teams. If OneView cannot point at a source, it does not say it.
- Suspicious content — including text that tries to instruct the AI — is quarantined and labelled, never acted on.
- “I’m caught up” resets the window so tomorrow’s briefing starts from now.

How it works
Three steps, no agent to install
- 1
Sign in with Microsoft
Your organisation's Entra ID handles authentication — including MFA and Conditional Access. OneView never sees a password. You review every permission before you consent.
- 2
Recent items sync, read-only
The last few days of your own mail, calendar and (optionally) Teams messages are copied into a workspace isolated to your organisation and your account.
- 3
Your briefing is ready
Every morning — and any time you ask — OneView answers the seven questions with a citation behind every claim and a deep link back to the original.
Teams access is a separate, optional consent step after sign-in. Reading channel messages requires approval from your Microsoft 365 administrator.
For IT administrators
Least privilege, documented permission by permission
Everything OneView asks Microsoft for is listed in plain language, marked read-only, and flagged where administrator approval is required. Consent once for the whole organisation, revoke any time in Entra ID.
Delegated scopes only
openid, profile, email, offline_access, User.Read, Mail.Read, Calendars.Read at sign-in. Chat.Read and ChannelMessage.Read.All only if the user opts into Teams.
Admin consent flow
ChannelMessage.Read.All always needs approval; organisations that restrict user consent approve everything once from /admin-consent. The result is recorded.
Conditional Access honoured
Sign-in and step-up re-authentication go through Entra with prompt=login, so MFA, device and location policies apply.
Cloudflare-protected
WAF, rate limiting on sign-in and API routes, bot protection on public forms (never in front of SSO), optional Cloudflare Access on admin routes, Hyperdrive for database credentials.
Tenant visibility
The first user from your tenant becomes its administrator: sets the AI data policy and retention, and sees the organisation-wide activity log.
Frequently asked
Questions security and IT teams ask first
- Does OneView read my whole organisation's mail?
- No. Every permission is delegated and read-only: OneView acts as you and sees only your own mailbox, calendar and the Teams conversations you are part of. It never requests organisation-wide application permissions.
- Does my data go to an external AI model?
- Not by default. Briefings and search are produced in-workspace. A tenant administrator can allow a specific external provider, in which case content is sanitised and identifiers are redacted before it is sent. The policy is enforced on the server before any model call.
- Where is the data stored, and for how long?
- In a PostgreSQL workspace isolated per organisation and per user, for a retention period your administrator sets (30 days by default). You can disconnect and delete everything yourself at any time; the deletion runs immediately and is recorded.
- Is OneView certified or compliant with a framework?
- No. We describe the controls we have actually built and publish them on the trust page. Our enterprise-readiness notes map those controls to common audit criteria without claiming an attestation.
- What does my IT administrator need to do?
- For mail and calendar, nothing beyond allowing user consent — or granting admin consent once for the organisation. Reading Teams channel messages always requires administrator approval. The admin-consent page walks through it.
- Can I try it without connecting a work account?
- Yes. The demo workspace is an entirely synthetic organisation with realistic mail, chats and meetings. No Microsoft account, no real data, no external AI calls.
Start tomorrow morning two minutes ahead.
Sign in with your work account to connect your own mailbox and calendar, or explore the synthetic demo first. For a pilot or a security questionnaire, write to micah@tecorpartners.com.
No password is ever stored. You review every permission before you consent.
